One of our outstanding strengths is experience in the field of Plant Varieties. Gabriela Paiva has worked on this subject uninterruptedly for more than 10 years with the key actors of the industry. She is the principal co-writer for the private sector of the Draft Law on adaptation to UPOV 1991.

In the field of internet, our senior partner is also co-writer of the Rules for the Registration of Domain Names in Chile (.cl) of the year 1997, which has permitted an optimum solution to the conflicts between trademarks and other rights and domains in Chile, granting a real means of solution that has had 12 years of successful results. Personally, Gabriela Paiva is an arbiter of NIC Chile in matters of conflicts due to domain names, and is also a panelist of the World Intellectual Property Organization, (OMPI, Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle) for conflicts on domain names.
